If the AI cannot hear you, ensure you have clicked 'Allow' when the browser asks for microphone permissions. If you are using a Bluetooth headset, verify that it is selected as the default input device in your system settings.
Scorecards are generated within 2-3 minutes after an interview is completed. If your scorecard is stuck in a 'Pending' state for longer than 10 minutes, please contact support.
Subscriptions and credits can be managed directly from the 'Billing' tab in your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
